General Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern the use of the websites bearing the logo of ‘Nanotechnology Conference’ in the header. This includes any updates or releases thereof. By using our online services, you are legally bound by and hereby consent to our Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use form a contract between ‘Nanotechnology Conference’ (a brand of Elevate Meetings PVT LTD), registered in Hyderabad, Telangana State, India (“Nanotechnology Conference”), and you as the user (“User”). These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, applicable at the place of jurisdiction of “Elevate Meetings Private Limited.”
Conference Registration
- When you register for the conference, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Program Changes
- We reserve the right to change the program, date, and/or venue of the conference without notice.
Liability
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities.
- We are not liable for personal injuries or loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates during or as a result of the conference.
Conference Cancellation
- We reserve the right to cancel the conference at any time due to unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances. In this case, we have no further liability to the client.
- In case of cancellation, we will make reasonable alternative arrangements and post the news of cancellation on the appropriate event website to inform those who have booked or purchased tickets.
Coronavirus Monitoring
- We are closely monitoring the coronavirus outbreak. If the conference is postponed due to this or any other reason beyond our control, our refund policy will not apply, but your registration will remain valid for the event with new dates or for future editions. We cannot accept any refunds as the company will incur significant losses in the event of postponement.
Delegate Responsibility
- Delegates are responsible for checking this information before the event, and we recommend checking the website for updates on our conference.
Jurisdiction
- Telangana, India, shall be the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising out of these Terms of Use, even if the Customer has her/his domicile outside of India.
- The law of India, applicable at the place of jurisdiction of Elevate Meetings Private Limited, shall apply exclusively.
Validity of Terms
- If any provisions of the Terms of Use should be found invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In any such case, the contracting parties shall negotiate on the invalid clause to substitute it with a valid arrangement as close as possible to the original provision.
